The home of John (Sheimis) Bradley stood just to the right of the present bungalow.
This house was always known as John Sheamis`s which tells us that John was a son of Seamus`s. John and his brother Dominic lived there and they farmed but also kept a little country shop. Neither of them got married and so the family died out on their passing. Then John Molloy bought the farm. The old walls of the house are gone nearly a 100 years now. A new bungalow has been built on the old site. All the Bradleys on that side of the river would have originated on the Clachan which was sited where the Shepherd`s Rest now stand
