John Hamish Bradley`s House

This was one of two houses built by brothers Patrick and John Bradley and the farm was divided between the two families. There is no one left of these families now. Nancy was the last of the family to live there.

The two houses were good two storey buildings with the traditional farmyard buildings around them.

This is a fine slated two storey house built of local stone. The last member of the family to live in this house always kept the door wide open day and evening so that she could call passers by in to have a chat. She once lived here with her brother Jim and her sister Nellie would come on vacation from Belfast where she worked.
