In 1856, Joseph Hanna is listed as the occupier of this house. It can be assumed that it may have been modernised from what it looked like then. At some time in the 1880`s, it passed on to a James Molloy and then to James Trainor, whose descendants still live in the area. It now belongs to the Kelly (Brian) family from Glengamna.
